What Our Day Porters Handle

Instead of waiting for a monthly sweep or relying on night janitors who only work indoors, our porters work on-site during business hours to keep your exterior grounds clean:

• Dumpster Area Cleanup: We sweep around enclosures, pick up loose trash, and clear out abandoned bulk items before they pile up or draw pests.

• Litter Control: Continuous sweeps across parking lots, sidewalks, landscape beds, and entrances to clear trash, glass, and debris.

• Trash Can Servicing: Regular emptying of outdoor trash cans, liner replacements, and hauling waste to your on-site dumpsters.

• Exterior Touch-Ups: Wiping down outdoor benches, fixtures, and spot-cleaning spills around main entrances.

The Reset & Maintain Option

If your lot is currently overloaded with bulk trash, storm debris, or illegal dumping, a standard porter sweep isn’t enough.

Because we also run a heavy hauling division, we can send our stake bed trucks to do a full commercial lot cleanup first. Once the property is reset to a clean baseline, we transition you to a regular day porter schedule to keep it that way.
