Q: How do we know how much it will cost?

A: When you first call, we will take into consideration of what you tell us you have. We will give you a range we feel the price will be in by what you said. When the crew arrives at your place they will look at it and give you a set price before they start.

Q: How do we pay?

A: We will give you a reciept at the site. you may pay with check (preferred) or cash. You can also mail the check. If you are not present we will leave the bill or mail an invoice to you.

Q: Are your estimates free?

A: Yes

Q: Can we set up an appointment?

A: Yes, we will also call you the night before to confirm the time.

Q: How soon can you get to a job?

A: Sometimes we can get to you on the same day. Usually it is the next day or day after.

Q: Where do you serve?

A: All of Northern Virginia and Loudoun County

Q: What do you take?

A: Almost everthing — from pianos to TV.We have to recycle everthing.

Q: Do we have to have everything placed together?

A: No, we will walk around and pick it up.

Q: Can we have something pick up at night or the weekend?

A: Yes, we know alot of customers work so we do pick up items at night. we also pick up things on the weekend.

Q: Do you take hazard waste?

A: No, but we do take some paint cans. They must be seperate from the other debris.
